Contrary to popular belief, a cheese’s physical texture isn’t connected to its nutritional value. The truth is, almost all cheeses have the same nutrient composition, but with significant differences in the level of saturated fat, calories and sodium. So check product labels carefully before buying. My advice: Hard or soft aside, to achieve the biggest health bang for your buck, stick with low-fat cheeses to satisfy your next craving.
